Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs an additional $13 which includes overnight courier and a prepaid return bag with NZ post.

All garments MUST be returned by 4 p.m. the following working day (Monday-Friday) at an NZ Post shop counter. NO drop boxes. Late fees apply. For more information head to our T&C's.

Care Instructions

Please take great care with jewellery and bags that may catch on the material to avoid pulling in the fabric.

Please refrain from doing makeup in our pieces to avoid permanent staining.

We also suggest drinking clear fluids to decrease the risk of staining from coloured drinks.

Washing

All washing is done by us so please do not attempt to wash your garment. If additional dry cleaning is required, you will be contacted and charged.

  • Weekend rental cut off

    All bookings for Friday, Saturday and Sunday must be placed by 12 p.m./midday Wednesday to ensure we have enough time to get the garment ready and posted to you. If you have missed the cut off, please contact us directly to determine whether we can arrange to fulfil your order.

  • When do I need to return my garment?

    All garments must be posted back the following working day before 4 p.m. at an NZ Post shop counter (NO drop boxes). This is Monday after all weekend rentals. We track all garments and late fees of $20 per day apply for all late returns.
