Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs an additional $13 which includes overnight courier and a prepaid return bag with NZ post.

All garments MUST be returned by 4 p.m. the following working day (Monday-Friday) at a NZ Post shop counter. NO drop boxes. Late fees apply. For more information head to our T&C's.

Care Instructions

Please take great care with jewellery and bags that may catch on the material to avoid pulling in the fabric.

Please refrain from doing makeup in our pieces to avoid permanent staining.

We also suggest drinking clear fluids to decrease the risk of staining from coloured drinks.

Washing

All washing is done by us so please do not attempt to wash your garment. If additional dry cleaning is required, you will be contacted and charged.

FAQs

  • Weekend rental cut off?

    All bookings for weekend bookings must be placed by midday Wednesday to ensure we have enough time to get the garment ready and posted to you. If you have missed the cut off, please contact us directly to determine whether we can arrange to fulfil your order.

  • Do you offer try ons?

    Unfortunately we do not offer in person or postal try ons due to back-to-back bookings. However, you are welcome to book the garment in for a weekend before your event to try it on that way. For more information please read here.

  • When do I need to post my garment back?

    The following working day before 4 p.m. at a NZ Post shop counter in the prepaid return bag. This is Monday after all weekend rentals. Ensure your parcel is scanned in (NO drop boxes). We track all garments and late fees of $20 per day apply for all late or drop box returns.

  • Tag us!
